Marco Braca grew up in a family of hairdressers. His passion for the beauty business began at the age of fifteen where he worked at his father's salon in Naples, Italy.
Marco's career evolved quickly at the age of nineteen when he completed his studies at the Toni & Guy Academy in London. By 1993 he was working as a salon stylist on Bond Street at Toni & Guy's premier salon.
He went from Salon Stylist to Art Director and shortly after became a member of the Toni & Guy artistic team, working hands on with Anthony Mascolo. Marco also served as a trainer at the Toni & Guy Academy in both London and Milan, where he taught cutting classes and demos at hair shows.
In 1997, Marco delved into the freelance world and assisted Guido Palau for six years, lending his creativity to fashion shows in Europe.
In 2003 he moved to Milan, Italy and worked with photographers Giovanni Gastel, Max Cardelli, Giampaolo Sgura, Matteo Montanari for Vogue, Marie Claire, Flaire, Harpers Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Dazed and Confused, i-D, Uomo Vogue, GQ. He has done advertising for Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, Alberta Ferretti, Mila Schon, Neil Barrett, Canali and Premiata to name a few.
Today, Marco continues to take his talent to the next level in NYC where he quickly established working with photographers Matt Jones, Walter Chin, Mark Abrahams, and clients such as Neiman Marcus, Victoria's Secret and Land's End.
